The Michigan Supreme Court announced on Apr. 29 that it will hold a public administrative hearing virtually on May 20 at 9:30 a.m.

The hearing is part of the court’s obligation to conduct at least three public hearings annually regarding proposed rules or administrative orders that could significantly affect the delivery of justice, as required by Administrative Order No. 1997-11.

According to the announcement, justices of the Michigan Supreme Court and members of the public who wish to comment will participate in this session. The agenda includes eight items, and comments during the hearing must be limited to these published topics. Written comments for each item are available through links in the agenda.
