Drew’s Girl Productions, LLC and Kierra Sheard-Kelly have filed a lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan against Jermaine Enoch Hill, EJH Consulting, and Next Insurance, Inc. The plaintiffs allege breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, promissory estoppel, and conversion related to a contract for managing ticket sales for an event. The complaint claims that the defendants misappropriated funds by redirecting them from an authorized Bank of America account to an unauthorized Square account. Plaintiffs are seeking damages exceeding $75,000 and assert that they have suffered financial losses due to the defendants’ actions.
